So we built the marketplace we wanted ourselves — a private, vetted feed of sourced UK property deals, with the diligence already done. Sourcers reach buyers who can actually move. Investors get the first look at every deal that fits their criteria.
Today we operate across Norfolk. In 2026 we're rolling out region by region across the UK.

Get Willows to negotiate for you
Found a property — on Willows or elsewhere — and want a sharper price? Hand it to us. We negotiate directly with the agent or vendor on your behalf, manage the back-and-forth, and only charge 2% of the agreed purchase price if the deal completes. No completion, no fee.
Sourcer introducer fee
Sourcers list deals free. On completion we collect a 3% introducer fee — protected by a signed introducer agreement on every submission and a solicitor undertaking releasing our fee directly from completion funds. You never have to chase a buyer for payment.
