- Usage data: deals viewed, saved searches, IP, browser, device.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe — we never see your full card number.
- Communications: messages you send via contact and feedback forms.
3. Why we use it (lawful basis)
- Provide the service — contract.
- Email deal alerts you subscribe to — consent.
- Fraud prevention, security, analytics — legitimate interest.
- Tax and accounting records — legal obligation.
4. Who we share it with
Processors only: Supabase (hosting/database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and analytics providers. We never sell personal data.
5. How long we keep it
Account data while your account is active and up to 7 years after closure for tax records. Marketing data until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights (UK GDPR)
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email us to exercise any of these. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
