Per-deal introducer fee
Subscriptions cover the platform. Deals carry a separate 3% fee.
Your subscription gives you access to the deal feed, filters, alerts and the Willows tools. When you unlock an address, you e-sign a 12-month introducer & non-circumvention agreement and — if you proceed to purchase — pay 3% of the agreed price to the deal sourcer on completion.
- Fee is paid direct to the sourcer via your solicitor's undertaking — Willows never handles purchase funds.
- Nothing payable if the deal does not complete.
- Both sides confirm completion in-app to trigger the fee-due notice.
